Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 31, 2014 No. 488-FZ "About industrial policy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 41; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4298; 2018, No. 27, Art. 3943; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4449; 2022, No. 18, Art. 3016; No. 29, Art. 5235; No. 41, Art. 6952; No. 50, Art. 8790; 2023, No. 25, Art. 4434; No. 31, Art. 5797; No. 32, Art. 6183) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) in Item 7 of the word "products made in the territory of the Russian Federation and" shall be replaced with words "the Russian industrial output,";

b) add with Items 7.1 and 7.2 of the following content:

"7. 1) the Russian industrial output - the industrial output which is made in the territory of the Russian Federation on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation, answers the criteria of confirmation of production of the Russian industrial output approved by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 2 of part 1 of article 6 of this Federal Law, and data on which are included in the register of the Russian industrial output according to article 17.1 of this Federal Law;

7. 2) the producer of the Russian industrial output - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur performing in the territory of the Russian Federation on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, in exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation production of industrial output, data on which are included in the register of the Russian industrial output;";

c) to add Item 11 after the words "federal state information system" with words ", created for the purpose of information and technical support of ensuring realization of industrial policy in the Russian Federation";

d) add with Item 24 following of content:
