Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of the Federal Law of November 17, 1995 No. 168-FZ) (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 8, Art. 366; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 47, Art. 4472; 1999, No. 7, Art. 878; 2002, No. 40, Art. 3853; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2011, No. 1, Art. 16; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4787; 2018, No. 1, Art. 76; No. 17, Art. 2433; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7834; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7670; 2023, No. 1, Art. 28, 39) following changes:

1) in Article 44.1:

a) add with Item 17.1 of the following content:

"17.1. Lump social sum payment is provided no later than one year from the date of death (death) of the prosecutor whose service in bodies of prosecutor's office is suspended according to Item 2 of article 12.1 of the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 No. 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" and who is accepted during service in bodies of prosecutor's office on accounting as persons in need in premises for the purpose of provision of lump social sum payment or premises in property (further - the prosecutor who suspended service), and also from the date of death (death) of Item 17 of this Article of the person dismissed from bodies of prosecutor's office with pension entitlement and accepted during service in bodies of prosecutor's office on accounting as persons in need in premises for the purpose of provision of lump social sum payment or premises in property specified in the subitem "a" (further - the pensioner), in equal shares to members of his family, living together with the prosecutor who suspended service or the pensioner, the died (dead) owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with fulfillment of duties of military service or obligations under the contract on stay in voluntary forming or owing to the disease got during passing of military service under the contract, conscription on mobilization or stay in voluntary forming in connection with participation in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, in the presence at the time of death (death) of the prosecutor who suspended service or the pensioner of the bases and conditions provided by this Article.";

b) to add Item 23 after words of "Item 17" with the words "and Item 17.1";

2) in paragraph six of Item 5 of article 45 after the words "being in its dependence" to add with the words "and also to his child(children) who was born (been born) after his death (death) concerning whom, (which) paternity is established according to Items 2 and 3 of Article 48, with articles 49 and 50 of the Family code of the Russian Federation", shall be replaced with words the words "being in its dependence" "specified in this paragraph".

"3.1. Lump social sum payment is provided no later than one year from the date of death (death) of the employee whose service in law-enforcement bodies is suspended according to Item 2 of article 12.1 of the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 No. 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" which was accepted on accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment, the citizen of the Russian Federation specified in parts 6 and 6.1 of this Article, the citizen of the Russian Federation specified regarding 1 article 6 of this Federal Law adopted accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment, in equal parts to members of the family, and also parents of such employee, the citizen of the Russian Federation, the died (dead) owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with fulfillment of duties of military service or obligations under the contract on stay in voluntary forming, or owing to the disease got during passing of military service under the contract, conscription on mobilization or stay in voluntary forming in connection with participation in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, in the presence at the time of death (death) of the employee, the citizen of the Russian Federation of the conditions provided by part 2 of this Article.";

Article 3

Article 4 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2012 No. 283-FZ "About social guarantees to employees of some federal executive bodies and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, the Art. 7608) to add with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. Lump social sum payment is provided no later than one year from the date of death (death) of the employee whose service in organizations and bodies is suspended according to Item 2 of article 12.1 of the Federal Law of May 27, 2003 No. 58-FZ "About system of public service of the Russian Federation" which was accepted on accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment, the citizen of the Russian Federation specified in part 7 of this Article, the citizen of the Russian Federation specified regarding 1 article 6 of this Federal Law adopted accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment in equal parts to the members of the family of such employee, the citizen of the Russian Federation, the died (dead) who addressed for its obtaining owing to mutilation or other damage of health received in connection with fulfillment of duties of military service or obligations under the contract on stay in voluntary forming, or owing to the disease got during passing of military service under the contract, conscription on mobilization or stay in voluntary forming in connection with participation in special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region, in the presence at the time of death (death) of the employee, the citizen of the Russian Federation of the conditions provided by part 3 of this Article.".

Article 4

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of Items 17.1 and 23 of article 44.1 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law), parts 3.1 of article 4 of the Federal Law of July 19, 2011 No. 247-FZ "About social guarantees to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" and parts 4.1 of article 4 of the Federal Law of December 30, 2012 No. 283-FZ "About social guarantees to employees of some federal executive bodies and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" extends to the legal relationship which arose since February 24, 2022.

3. Action of provisions of the paragraph of the sixth Item 5 of article 45 of the Federal law "About Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation" (in edition of this Federal Law) extends to child(children) of the prosecutor who was born (which were born) after his death (death), including about day of entry into force of this Federal Law and concerning which, (which) paternity is established according to Items 2 and 3 of Article 48, with articles 49 and 50 of the Family code of the Russian Federation.
