About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096 "About federal state environmental control (supervision)" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 28, the Art. 5526).

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2021 No. 1096

1. Add with Item 2 (1) the following content:

"2(1). Realization of powers on implementation of federal state environmental control (supervision) concerning carrying out experiment on quoting of emissions of the pollutants in atmospheric air provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Nature Management Supervision Service during the term of carrying out such experiment established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating carrying out experiment on quoting of emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air.".

2. In Regulations on federal state environmental control (supervision) approved by the specified resolution:

a) add Item 3 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the established quotas of emissions of pollutants (except for radioactive materials) in atmospheric air (further - quotas of emissions) (part 7 of article 5 of the Federal law "About Carrying Out Experiment on Quoting of Emissions of Pollutants and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation regarding Decrease in Pollution of Atmospheric Air");

approval of the actions plan on achievement of quotas of emissions.";

b) to add the subitem "zh" of Item 8 with the paragraph of the following content:
