In the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region concerning subjects to protection which are put into operation or the project documentation of which was directed to examination of the project documentation of capital construction projects till September 30, 2022, the requirements of fire safety regulated by the legislation of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic are applied till January 1, 2028.".
