Part 10 to add 2) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) in the case specified in Item 1.1 of part 9 of this Article - the health worker of mobile team of the ambulance, including fast specialized, medical care with introduction of the decision on implementation of medical intervention without giving by the citizen (his legal representative) the informed voluntary consent to medical intervention in medical documentation of the patient.".
