mining-and-geological conditions of bedding of layers of coal (combustible slates) cause special complexity and danger of production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates);
the organizations for production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates) are characterized by high capital intensity, inertance of production cycle, require periodic reconstruction; engineering procedure of production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates) requires permanent capital investments;
functioning of the organizations for production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates), and also use of ordinary coal (combustible slates) in fuel quality make negative impact on the environment;
liquidation of the organizations for production (conversion) of coal (combustible slates) owing to working off of coal resource (combustible slates) or inefficiency of the specified organizations leads to release of the workers who are not prepared for accomplishment of other professional activity and causes need of acceptance of special measures for their social protection.
