According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public procurements" the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan is decided:

1. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction of November 2, 2009 No. 89, 105 and 7 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of monitoring of provision of preferences to domestic manufacturers in case of the announcement and carrying out the tender and competitive biddings" (рег. No. 2052 of December 2, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 49, the Art. 528).

2. This resolution is approved with the Ministry of investments, industry and trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
