For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 3.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 14, 2023 "About additional measures for permission of operation of some objects of non-residential construction" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 2181:

Make the following changes to "The scope of information, the buildings included in the State register, the Rule of representation and maintaining the register of such data", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 12, 2015 No. 4 (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 1, Article 56; 2017, No. 3, Article 514; 2018, No. 7 (book II), Art. 1646; 2019 No. 2 of Art. 358; 2020 No. 6 of Art. 813; 2022 No. 5 of the Art. 552):

1. By part 1:

1.1. Cancel Item 1.2;

1.2. In subitem 1.3.1 after the word "in the Register" to add with the words "for the purpose of registration and accounting";

1.3. In Item 1.4 after the word "Committee" to add with words "(further - Committee)".

2. In Item 2.1 after the word "accounting" to add with the words "and also accounting of the checked non-residential buildings".

3. In the second offer of Item 4.2-1 and Item 4.7 to replace the word of "Register" with the word of "Committee".

4. Add with part of 4-1 following content:
