About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2019 No. 479 "Questions of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 15:

74) to exclude the subitem;

add with subitem 87-1) of the following content:

"87-1) develops and approves rules of development and review of ecological standard rates of quality";

add with subitems 102-1), 102-2), 102-3), 102-4) and 102-5) of the following content:

"102-1) takes out the conclusion about determination of the sphere of scope of environmental impact assessment based on the data containing in the statement for the planned activities taking into account notes and offers of the interested state bodies and the public, and also sends such conclusion to the initiator of the planned activities with placement of its copy on official Internet resource;

102-2) provides access for the public to the copy of the report on possible impacts;

102-3) issues the conclusion by results of environmental impact assessment with conclusion about admissibility or inadmissibility of realization of the planned activities;

102-4) develops and approves technique of environmental impact assessment in areas of fall of the separated parts of carrier rockets;

102-5) issues the conclusion by results of environmental impact assessment or the conclusion about results of screening of impacts of the planned activities containing conclusion about lack of need of carrying out obligatory environmental impact assessment;";

114) to exclude the subitem;

add with subitems 375-1), 375-2) and 375-3) of the following content:
