1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2021 No. 518 "About approval of Rules of marking and traceability of shoe goods" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 24624) the following changes:

Marking of remaining balance of shoe goods, implementable (sold) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is performed till February 1, 2024.";

The importer provides marking of the shoe goods made outside the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan before import to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or to the room of shoe goods under customs procedures of release for internal consumption or reimport. Marking of goods after their room under the procedure of release for internal consumption or reimport in own storage facilities of the importer is allowed till February 1, 2024.
