1. Make to the section III of Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of secret of the payment service provider approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of July 14, 2022 No. 147 (with changes), the following changes:

The subitem 2 of Item 20 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) to the central executive body realizing the state tax policy:

on its request about availability of payment accounts;

on its request in the cases established by subitems 6-8 of subitem 73.3.1 of Item 73.3 of article 73 of the Tax Code of Ukraine;

in cases and in amount, determined by article 39-3 of the Tax Code of Ukraine;";
