1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 09, 2000 No. 247 "About approval of the Temporary procedure for conducting the state sanitary and hygienic examination", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2001 at No. 4/5195.
2. (Alexey Danilenko) to provide to department of public health:
1) submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine after its state registration by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine main thing of the state health officer of Ukraine Igor Kuzin.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
