ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize the following public institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) Polk of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of diplomatic representations by transformation to Management of specialized security service on protection of diplomatic representations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Polk of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of government institutions by transformation to Management of specialized security service on protection of government institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes:

in the list of the public institutions which are under authority of the Ministry and its departments:

in the Section "1. Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

lines, sequence numbers 8 and 9, to state in the following edition:

"8. Management of specialized security service on protection of diplomatic representations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

9. Management of specialized security service on protection of government institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2024.
