About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In recent years in the country measures for employment of the population and reducing poverty, development of family entrepreneurship, broad involvement of the population in sports, enhancement of town-planning activities are implemented.

Along with it for the purpose of further development of family entrepreneurship, strengthening of the state support of the sports and educational organizations, and also proceeding from the fact that the procedure for rendering the state services in the field of construction is implemented there is need of review of the legal acts governing the relations in these spheres.

This Law to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About family entrepreneurship" makes the changes providing to subjects of family entrepreneurship without formation of legal entity the right to hire up to five permanent employees with the conclusion with them the employment contract, and also the right to the member of one family company to be at the same time member of other family company.

Besides, the changes providing privileges in the form of exemption of customs duty concerning fifty percent imported by the state and non-state sports and educational organizations for own needs of special sportswear, footwear, sports equipment, the equipment and equipment are made to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The changes providing cancellation of powers of executive bodies on places on decision making about construction of facilities of town-planning activities are made to the Town-planning code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Law will serve elimination of excessive bureaucratic procedures in the field of architecture and construction, to further development of family entrepreneurship, and also improvement of material and technical resources of the sports and educational organizations.
