1. Approve the Schedule of the cultural and mass and concert and spectacular events held in the republic in 2024-2025 (further - the Plan for 2024-2025) consisting from:

plans of tours of staff of theaters, circuses and the concert and spectacular organizations to the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, and also carrying out Culture Days of regions in 2024-2025 according to appendices No. No. 1.1 - 1.14 *;

the plan of holding concert and spectacular actions by the Ministry of Culture in regions of the country in the form of "Culture caravan" in 2024-2025 according to appendix No. 2*.

2. For the purpose of the effective organization of execution of the actions determined by the Plan for 2024-2025:

a) To the Ministry of Culture:

provide development of repertoires of high ideological and art content and carrying out at the high level of the cultural actions determined by the Plan for 2024-2025;

together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to implement system of advance informing the population on the place and time of holding the actions determined by the Plan for 2024-2025 and also about the creative figures taking part in them, at least in two months prior to their carrying out;

b) To the chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokima of areas and city of Tashkent:

in a month together with the Ministry of Culture to approve regional plans with specific determination of the place and time of holding the cultural actions established by the Plan for 2024-2025, amount and sources of their financing;
