a) state part 3 in the following edition:

b) add with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The conclusion when implementing transportation of passengers and baggage by request of the contract of chartering with each passenger separately -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on the driver in the amount of five thousand rubles; on officials - fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - two hundred thousand rubles.";
