About qualification of obstacle in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union as restriction

Having taken into consideration information on results of monitoring of provision of equal tariff conditions in case of ensuring access to aeronautical and airport services within the Eurasian Economic Union, according to the subitem 4 of Item 43 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Qualify the obstacle in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union connected with lack of equal tariff conditions in case of ensuring access to aeronautical and airport services within the Union as restriction.

2. To the member of Board (Minister) of power and infrastructure of the Eurasian economic commission Kozhoshev A. O. take the measures directed to elimination of the restriction specified in Item 1 of this Decision.

3. To the member of Board (Minister) of the domestic markets, informatization, information and communication technologies of the Eurasian economic commission Simonyan V. A. provide inclusion of the restriction specified in Item 1 of this Decision in the register of restrictions in the domestic market of the Eurasian Economic Union.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
