I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2023 No. 137 "About approval of Rules of determination of regional operators of distribution of oil products to agricultural works, and also Rules of forming and distribution of amounts of oil products for producers of agricultural products during the periods of spring and field and harvest works" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 32300) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of forming and distribution of amounts of oil products for producers of agricultural products during the periods of the spring and field and harvest works approved by the specified order:
add with Items 25-1, 25-2, 25-3, 25-4, 25-5 and 25-6 of the following content:
"25-1. After publication of the announcement of order taking for realization of remaining balance of the MIO diesel fuel places in IS the list of operators and the list of their reservoirs for storage of oil products (petroleum supply point) through which leave of diesel fuel, and also data on amounts of remaining balance of diesel fuel is performed.
25-2. For receipt of unrealized amounts of diesel fuel on carrying out harvest works and forage the producer of agricultural products creates in IS the request for receipt of amounts of the diesel fuel in form according to appendix 1 to these rules in electronic form signed by the EDS of the producer of agricultural products.
Calculation of amount of diesel fuel on carrying out harvest works and forage is made for the producer of agricultural products according to Item 8 of these rules.
