Consecutive decrease in the tax load, simplification of system of the taxation and customs procedures, and also enhancement of tax and customs administration are considered as the major conditions of the accelerated development of economy and improvement of investment appeal of the country.
In recent years for the purpose of the accelerated social and economic development of the country, support of entrepreneurs and creation for them equal competitive conditions the accelerated reforms are performed, large-scale measures for decrease in the tax load, and also further enhancement of tax and customs administration are taken.
In this Law the main directions of tax policy for 2024 providing the orders of the President determined within open dialogue with entrepreneurs by business simplification, decrease in the tax load, in particular, increase in competitiveness of domestic manufacturers, enhancement of procedure for the taxation of self-employed persons, providing continuity of chain of the value added tax, to effective and rational use of natural wealth, indexation of the tax rates established in the absolute amount proceeding from the expectational inflation level are determined. At the same time this Law makes the changes providing release from the taxation of the income of the parents directed to payment for training of the children in the professional and highest educational organizations and also possibility of payment of collection for entrance and transit of vehicles of foreign states across the territory of the country also on customs area.
This Law will serve creation of necessary legal conditions for realization of the main directions of tax policy provided by preparation of the Government budget for 2024 and the next years.
