About additional measures for acceleration of digitalization of health care system and implementation of the advanced digital technologies

For the purpose of digitalization of health sector and implementation of single complex of information systems, reducing excessive procedures in management system, expansions of scale of rendering medical services to the population, increases in overall performance of health workers, and also the effective program implementation of digital transformation accepted in this direction:

1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of digital technologies:

a) about liquidation of public institution "IT Med" in system of the Ministry of Health;

b) about assignment of tasks and functions of the liquidated public institution "IT Med" on The Single Integrator on Creation and Support of the State Information Systems UZINFOCOM LLC (further - the Single integrator);

c) about determination of the following additional tasks of the Single integrator in connection with transfer of the main objectives and functions of public institution "IT Med":

optimization and simplification by digitalization of business processes in health care system on the basis of the best international practices, and also development and deployment in practice of mechanisms in this direction;

implementation and support of single complex of the information systems "Electronic Health Care", and also ensuring its integration with information systems of other state bodies;

implementation of policy and standards of digital technologies and communications in the field of medicine and pharmaceutics;

development of the information systems performed in the field of health care and development of technical and economic parameters, concepts of the projects financed by the foreign financial organizations and also other project and preproject documentation;

attracting investors, business partners and outsourcing services for the purpose of realization of certain tasks;
