According to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", to the Law of Ukraine "About information security in information and communication systems", to Item 5 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 17, 2023 No. 38 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 2016 No. 606 and recognition voided some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. In heading and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 13, 2015 No. 1007 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out confirmation of conformity of registration data of physical person to data of the State register of physical persons - taxpayers on requests of subjects of the information relations", the word of "subjects of information relations" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 17, 2015 at No. 1443/27888,, "subjects of information relations" shall be replaced with words "subjects of electronic interaction", "subjects of electronic interaction" respectively.
