The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Strategy of approval of the Ukrainian national and civil identity for the period till 2030 (further - the enclosed Strategy).
2. Approve the operational actions plan on realization in 2023-2025 of the Strategy of approval of the Ukrainian national and civil identity for the period till 2030 (further - the operational actions plan) which is applied.
3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies, regional and Kiev city to provide to public administrations (military authorities):
accomplishment of tasks and actions of the operational actions plan in limits and for the expenditure account, the provided in state and local budgets for the corresponding year, and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation;
representation annually till April 1 to the Ministry of youth and sport of information on condition of accomplishment of the operational actions plan.
4. To the ministry of youth and sport:
together with other interested central executive bodies to develop also tax till November 1, 2026. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft of the operational actions plan on realization in 2026-2028 of Strategy, till November 1, 2029 - the draft of the operational actions plan on realization in 2029-2030 of Strategy;
submit annually till April 15 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the status report of accomplishment of the operational actions plan, the operational actions plan on realization in 2026-2028 Strategy, the operational actions plan on realization in 2029-2030 Strategy.
