About modification of some Orders of the Government (implementation of reform of system of the public assistance "Restart")

Based on Item b) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 149/2021 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 206-208, 347), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "95" with figures "115";

2) in appendix No. 1:

a) add Item 6 with the subitem 4) of the following content:

"4) gender equality, prevention and suppression of violence in family, prevention and suppression of human trafficking and recovery of victims of crimes";

b) add Item 7 with subitems 13-1) and 13-2) of the following content:

"13-1) maintaining the State register of personnel of system of the public assistance according to the Law No. 71/2007 on registers;

13-2) organization of system of professional development of personnel in the field of the public assistance;";

c) add Item 9 with subitem 16-1) of the following content:

"16-1) appropriates levels of professional qualification to the personnel working in system of the public assistance according to the legislation;";

3) in appendix No. 2:

a) after line item "Service of internal audit" to add with the following line item:

"Service of management of efficiency";

b) "Service of coordinating of the external help" to add line item with the text ", international cooperation and the protocol";

c) "Service of protection of the state secret" to add line item with the words "and integrity";
