For the purpose of enhancement of system of public administration, increase in efficiency of activities of judicial authorities, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 5, 2021 No. 78 the following changes:

in Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the twentieth Item 13 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"-cancels the decisions of the Ministry, and also subordinated and territorial subdivisions contradicting the legislation which can be cancelled in the cases provided by the law;";

- add Item 13 with the paragraph the twenty first the following content:

"-cancels the decisions of the Ministry and territorial subdivisions on state registration, re-registration and registration of the termination of activities of legal entities, branches (representations) contradicting the legislation which can be cancelled no more once, in case of submission of the administrative claim within thirty working days from the date of delivery of the decision or from the date of making of action from the Ministry and territorial subdivisions;".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
