Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of return to tourists and (or) other customers of the sums of money paid by them for tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 8, 2020 No. 461 "About approval of Rules of return to tourists and (or) other customers of the sums of money paid by them for tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 15, the Art. 2312).

Changes which are made to Rules of return to tourists and (or) other customers of the sums of money paid by them for tourist product from money of fund of the personal responsibility of tour operator

1. In Item 2 of the word "in 2 weeks time" shall be replaced with words "within one month".

2. In Item 5:

a) add paragraph two with words "(if other is not established by the Government of the Russian Federation)";

b) to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"availability at tour operator including on whom the decision on release from financial provision of responsibility of tour operator in the field of outbound tourism and payment of fees in fund of tour operator, financial provision of responsibility of tour operator in the field of the outbound tourism operating within 120 days after end date of forming of the register of requirements is made;".
