1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 28, 2021 No. 233 the following change:
in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

"54-11. The ministries, administrative departments and other executive bodies which competence the questions regulated by interstate and intergovernmental international treaties enter make offers on ratification of such international treaties in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic no later than six months from the date of signing or acceptance at the international conferences by vote, except for international treaties on loan granting, grants, technical and other financial aid to the Kyrgyz Republic, and also concerning defense and homeland security.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
