About modification of the Order of the Government No. 277/2022 about approval of the Regulations on provision of advance subsidies for local development by means of LEADER program implementation

Based on Item e) Article 12 and Item a) article 34 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 134-137, 209) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 277/2022 about approval of the Regulations on provision of advance subsidies for local development by means of LEADER program implementation (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 134, of the Art. 345) to make the following changes:

1) in acceptance formula the text "Based on Item d) parts (7) and parts (12) article 23 of the Law No. 276/2016 on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone (2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "Based on Item e) Article 12 and Item a) article 34 of the Law No. 71/2023 on subsidizing of agricultural industry in the rural zone (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2023, Art. No. 134-137, 209)";

2) in the Provision:

a) in Item 1:

in the prolog of the word of "financial support" to replace with the word "subsidizings";

in the subitem 1) to replace the words "Functioning Support" with the word "Functioning";

in the subitem 2) shall be replaced with words the words "Strategy Implementation Support" "Strategy implementation";

b) in Item 3:
