In the Regulations on issue of visas approved by the Order of the Government No. 50/2013 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 10-14, 73), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To replace 1) in Item 70 of the word "diplomatic mission checks" with the word "is checked";

2) in Item 138:

3) to add the subitem with letters f) and g) the following content:

"f) the copy of the identity certificate or the existing residence permit of the inviting person;

g) if the foreign person does not fall under letter c provisions), represents the invitation from physical person confirming the applicant's purpose;";
