Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023" of December 7, 2022 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2022, No. 12, h 2, Art. 758; 2023, No. 4-6, of Art. 150; 311) to add Art. No. 7-10, with part 15 of the following content:
"15. Import of the modern machinery and equipment (ladder, special elevators for passengers, escalators, the truck crane, aeronautical power equipments) for reconstruction of air terminal of International Airport Khujand Open joint stock company is exempted from the value added tax and excises in the amount of 50 percent from the established tax rate, and also completely from customs duties.".
Article 2. Enact this Law since January 1, 2023.
