Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About other obligatory payments in the budget" of July 28, 2006 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2006, No. 7, Art. 345; 2009, No. 5, Art. 327; 2010, No. 1, Art. 3; 2011, No. 12, Art. 848; 2013, No. 3, Art. 191; 2015, No. 11, Art. 971; 2016, No. 7, Art. 629, No. 11, Art. 884; 2019, Art. No. 4-5, 230, No. 6, Art. 324, Art. 325; 2021, No. 6, the Art. 396, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of November 13, 2023, No. 2005) the following changes and amendments:
1. In the paragraph the twentieth sign of point to replace parts 2 of article 4 with sign of semicolon ";" and to add with the paragraph the twenty first the following content:
"-payment for utilization of automotive vehicles.".
2. Add with Chapter 16 (11) the following content:
"Chapter 16 (11). Payment for utilization of automotive vehicles
Article 63 (29). Regulations on collection of payment for utilization of automotive vehicles
1. The payment for utilization of automotive vehicles (further - payment) is levied by bodies of the state automobile inspectorate during statement on the state accounting of the automotive vehicle after customs clearance of the automotive vehicle imported into the republic and during obligatory state technical inspection of automotive vehicles.
2. The payment provided in part of 1 this Article is levied from each automotive vehicle once therefore the coupon about payment for utilization of automotive vehicles is issued to the vehicle owner, acting till the period of utilization of the automotive vehicle.

Payers of payment are physical persons and legal entities.
