About modification of some laws of Ukraine of rather some questions of activities of the National Bank of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. "About the National Bank of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 29, of Art. 238 with the following changes) to add the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with Items 11 and 12 of the following content:
"11. Determine that during action of the warlike situation in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of martial law in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022, the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX (further in this Item - warlike situation), provisions of article 71 of this Law are applied taking into account the features established by this Item.
Grant to National Bank the right for ensuring requirements of the state for repulse of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine gratuitously to transfer in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine the property acquired by National Bank in property on account of debt repayment on the loans granted to banks for liquidity maintenance. After the termination or cancellation of warlike situation the procedure of transfer by National Bank of such property begun during action of warlike situation comes to the end according to the legislation existing during action of warlike situation.
