About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About traffic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" the following changes:

1. The fifth article 4 parts one after the word "appeal" to add the paragraph with the word of "decisions".

2. Add Article 5 with part of the following content:

"The car driver license is considered invalid in case:

expirations of its action;

death of the owner of the car driver license;

announcements of the owner of the car driver license dead;

issues of the new car driver license before the expiration which is earlier issued.".

3. In parts one and the second Article 8 of the word "subordinated to it" shall be replaced with words "entering its system" in the corresponding case.

4. In Article 10:

to exclude the paragraph of the eighth;

after the paragraph of the thirteenth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"determines structure of the automated information system "State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", procedure for its forming, and also use of documentary information from it;";

to exclude from the paragraph of the seventeenth word "and the coupon to it".

5. In Article 11:

to add part one after the paragraph of the twelfth with paragraphs of the following content:

"approves single programs of preparation, retraining and advanced training of drivers of the motorized vehicles, self-propelled machines and persons training to management of them and also educational and program documentation of educational programs of general secondary education regarding training in safe behavior at roads;

provides functioning of the automated information system "State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs";";
