About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning providing the right of the military personnel and other persons to biological paternity (motherhood)

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with the following changes):

The name to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 11. Right of the military personnel to health care, medical care and biological paternity (motherhood)";

Item 1 to add 2) with the paragraph the tenth the following content:

"During action of warlike situation the military personnel determined in the subitem 1 of Item 1 of article 3 of this Law has the right to free receipt of the medical service connected with ensuring realization of their right to biological paternity (motherhood), in particular on implementation of fence, cryopreservation and storage of their reproductive cages on case of loss of reproductive function in case of fulfillment of duties on defense of the state, protection of the Fatherland and other obligations assigned to them according to the legislation, according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. In article 95 of the Law of Ukraine "About National police" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 40-41, of Art. 379; 2017, No. 2, Art. 25; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 15, 2022 No. 2123-IX):

The name to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 95. Medical support of police officers, realization of the right of these persons to biological paternity (motherhood)";

Part the tenth to state 2) in the following edition:

"10. During action of warlike situation by the police officer free medical support in healthcare institutions of any pattern of ownership is guaranteed";
