About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning recognition of results of training of persons living in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. The twelfth article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, of Art. 892 with the following changes) to state part in the following edition:
"12. The citizens of Ukraine living in temporarily occupied territory have the right or continuation of education of certain level according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, in the territory of other regions of Ukraine at the expense of means of the government and/or local budget with provision of the place in the hostel for the period of training.
The foreigners and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in Ukraine of person to whom the status of the refugee in Ukraine is provided persons needing additional or temporary protection and persons to whom the status of the foreign Ukrainian which are in Ukraine on legal causes is provided also lived in temporarily occupied territory, have the right or continuation of receipt of certain education level in the territory of other regions of Ukraine according to the laws of Ukraine "About preschool education", "About complete general secondary education", "About professional (professional) education", "About professional prehigher education", "About the higher education".
Persons specified in paragraphs one and the second to this part have the right to preschool, out-of-school, general average, professional (professional), professional prehigher and higher education in any form of education determined by the legislation.
Persons specified in paragraphs one and the second to this part have the right to recognition of the results of training received in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 40-1 Law of Ukraine "About education".
