About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning streamlining of provision and use of leaves, and also other questions

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

5 parts one of Article 40 of the word "on pregnancy and childbirth" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item "on pregnancy and childbirth";

2) in Article 67:

after part three to add with new part of the following content:

"Transfer of days off and working days, except the cases established by this Code is determined by the employment and/or collective agreement. In case of lack of the relevant provision in the employment and/or collective agreement transfer of days off and working days is performed by order of (order) of the employer, approved with elected body of primary trade-union organization (the trade-union representative), and in case of absence of primary trade-union organization - with freely elected and authorized representatives (representative) of workers".

With respect thereto the fourth and fifth to consider parts respectively parts five and the sixth;

the fifth and sixth to exclude parts;

Article 77-1 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 77-1. Leave for preparation and participation in competitions

Duration, procedure, conditions of provision and leave allowance for preparation and participation in sports competitions are determined by the employment and/or collective agreement";

5) in Article 77-3 part one:

in paragraph one of the word "it is provided to workers, namely" shall be replaced with words "it is provided no later than three months since the birth of the child to such workers";
