About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About veterinary activities"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 2, 2010 No. 161-Z "About veterinary activities" the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

to add paragraph two after the word "realization" with words "the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs (further if other is not provided, - physical persons),";

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"veterinary activities - activities for holding veterinary actions, and also activities for the address of veterinary medicines and application of the veterinary means which are not veterinary medicines;";

the ninth and eleventh after the word "realization" to add paragraphs with words "physical persons";

in the paragraph the twelfth "the stationary shopping facilities having trade rooms (shops)" and "production, storage, movement, realization, application and destruction" to replace words respectively with words "shops" and "address";

after the paragraph of the twelfth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"to carrying out researches in case of veterinary and sanitary examination of animal products, and also products of plant origin in case of their realization by physical persons in the markets;";

to exclude from the paragraph of the thirteenth word "in case of their sale in the markets";

from the paragraph of the sixteenth word"," to exclude vehicles;

the seventeenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"veterinary medicine - veterinary medicine, disinfecting, disinsection, disacariasis and diagnostic means of veterinary appointment;";
