About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of the order the foreign goods, vehicles of commercial appointment which are on customs area of Ukraine under customs control, and also illegally imported on customs area of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) such changes:

1. The second Article 95 to add part with item 4 of the following content:

"4) time during which goods, the vehicles of commercial appointment placed in customs regime of transit cannot be timely brought to customs authority of appointment owing to imposing of arrest on them (except for arrest owing to claims of individuals) or withdrawals on the case of customs offense".

2. The eighth Article 102 to state part in the following edition:

"8. The customs regime of transit stops customs authority in case:

1) confiscations of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment;

2) total loss of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment owing to accident or action of force majeure circumstances, on condition of confirmation of the fact of accident or action of force majeure circumstances according to the procedure, established by the central executive body providing forming and realizing the state financial policy;

3) compulsory acquisition or withdrawal of goods, vehicles of commercial appointment according to the Laws of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" and "About transfer, compulsory acquisition or withdrawal of property in the conditions of legal regime of warlike or emergency state";
