About change of the laws concerning production and turnover of alcoholic products

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 No. 429-Z "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the following changes:
1. To state paragraph two of Item 2 of Article 1 in the following edition:
"production and turnover of beer with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol 7 and more percent (except for Article provisions 2, Item 1 of Article 5, Items 2-4 of Article 7, subitems 1.7 (except requirements about marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and (or) special brands or special signs), 1.8, 1.10, 1.14 (except requirements about marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus and (or) special brands), 1.15, 1.17-1.17-2, 1.19-1.21 Items 1, item 4 of Article 11, article 25 of this Law);".
2. In Article 2:
to add the paragraph of the seventh after the word of "union" with words "(further - the CN FEA EEU)";
word in paragraph eight of "the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union" shall be replaced with words "CN FEA EEU";
the tenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"original alcoholic beverages - the alcoholic beverages made with use of natural grain and vegetable raw materials on nonconventional technology by distillation (stage) of alcohol-containing weight via special devices and (or) applications of other engineering procedures (on the basis of the made distillate) according to technical regulatory legal acts in the field of technical regulation and standardization, technological documents in the cultural and ethnographic centers, national parks and reserves, other objects of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of reconstruction of completeness of the Belarusian national traditions;";
