Article 1. Bring in the Air code of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2006 the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

to exclude the word "technical" from the paragraph of the sixth;

the eleventh and twelfth to exclude paragraphs;

after the paragraph of the seventeenth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"airline hub - the airfields which are close located to each other, the organization and accomplishment of flights from which require special approval and coordination;";

the twentieth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the unmanned aerial vehicle - the aircraft intended for accomplishment of flights without crew onboard under control of the operator of the unmanned aerial vehicle from Item (panel) of management including without its visual contact with this aircraft, or in the set autonomous mode or by combination of the specified methods;";

after the paragraph of the twenty first to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"the external pilot - the person of aviation personnel designated by the operator of the aircraft, having the certificate of the external pilot which performs functions on accomplishment of flight of the civil pilotless aircraft using technical means of remote control manipulates relevant organs of flight control during time of flight of this civil pilotless aircraft and bears responsibility for safe accomplishment of its flight;";

in the paragraph the twenty seventh shall be replaced with words words of "the Earth's surface or water" "terrestrial or surface of the water";

in paragraphs thirty first and thirty third the words "the aircraft used" shall be replaced with words "the type of aircraft used";

after the paragraph of the thirty second to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:
