The additional protocol to the Convention on criminal liability for corruption accepted in Strasbourg on May 15, 2003;
The convention on civil responsibility for the corruption of November 4, 1999 signed by the Republic of Belarus in Strasbourg on March 25, 2004.
Article 2. Terminate the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Council of Europe concerning privileges and immunities of representatives of members of Group of the states against corruption and members of inspection teams signed in Strasbourg on January 22, 2010.
