At the same time establishment in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition of new regulations concerning the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its powers requires need of carrying out reforms of activities of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of single approach.
This Law makes changes and additions to the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the conclusions about compliance of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the questions submitted for referendum of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also election of judges of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan for ten-year term without the right to re-election providing giving by the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This Law will serve ensuring strict and complete implementation of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition, to implementation of the priority principles established in it in the accord with the idea of New Uzbekistan, to establishing activities of state bodies in new constitutional and legal conditions.
