About modification of the Instruction about procedure for content of foreigners and stateless persons in Items of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine

According to the paragraph to the fourth Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for content of foreigners and stateless persons in Items of temporary stay of foreigners and stateless persons which illegally are in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 29, 2016 No. 141, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on May 19, 2016 at No. 748/28878, the following changes:

The word "legal" in all cases and numbers to replace 1) in Item 28 of the Section II, Item 61 of the Section IV, item 4 of the Section VII with the word "legal" in the corresponding case and number;

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 31 of the Section II of the word of "The centers for provision of free legal assistance" "the centers for provision of free legal aid";

The word "legal" to replace 3) in appendix 11 with the word "legal".

2. To management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Yurkov A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
