About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

According to articles 30-1, 31, 31-1, 321-1, 322, of 325-1 Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 02, 2014 No. 228, I order:

1. In preamble to the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 19, 2013 No. 474/5 "About approval of procedure for accomplishment of administrative punishments in the form of social jobs, corrective works and socially useful works", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2013 at No. 457/22989:

Changes in some to regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. According to the procedure of the accomplishment of administrative punishments in the form of social jobs, corrective works and socially useful works approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 19, 2013 No. 474/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2013 at No. 457/22989:

To replace 1) in Item 1.6 of the Section I of the word "annually at the beginning of year the representative" with the word "representative";

2) in Item 3.14 of the Section III of the word "through the relevant branches of public institution" Center of Probation "shall be replaced with words" in authorized body concerning probation at the new place of residence";

3) in the Section VIII:

According to the procedure of the conducting office investigations in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 12, 2015 No. 356/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 at No. 295/26740:
