About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of instructions in the field of Civil protection" of May 6, 2019 No. 213

For the purpose of implementation of article 7-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Civil protection" and increases in efficiency of functioning of single management information system in emergency and crisis situations in the Kyrgyz Republic, and also according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for issue of instructions in the field of Civil protection" of May 6, 2019 No. 213 the following changes:

in Regulations on the procedure for issue of instructions in the field of Civil protection approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 2 to replace the word of "Government" with the word of "President";

- in Item 3:

in paragraph one to replace the word of "Government" with the word of "President";

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the word "origins" "or origin";

add with paragraphs of the following content:

"-ensuring steady work of communication centers, control centers of the State system of Civil protection and warning systems;

- safety on water subjects to production, improving or sports appointment, and also mass rest of citizens;
