About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of paragraph two of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning employment relationships" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 273-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix 2 to Rules of the individual (personified) accounting of insured persons in system of the national social insurance, the approved resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 1997 837, the words "approved according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words No. "the professional standards approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus or the body authorized by it";
1.2. in the Approximate form of the contract of the employer with the worker approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1180:
shall be replaced with words the words "surname, name" "the surname, own name";
to state the interlinear note to Item 1 in the following edition:

* The name of profession of the worker (the employee's position) shall conform to the job evaluation catalogs, professional standards approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus or the body authorized by it.";
to exclude from subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
in subitem 3.5 of Item 3 of the word "to workers and their families" shall be replaced with words "To the worker and his family";
in item 4:
in subitem 4.5 of the word "once a month to issue" shall be replaced with words "two times a month to pay";
in subitem 4.12 to replace the word of "workers" with the word of "Worker";
