About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2021 No. 1290 "About the register of socially oriented non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 32, Art. 6023; 2022, No. 49, of the Art. 8699) to state in the following edition:

"6. The register cannot include the non-profit organizations which are the public (municipal) institutions.".
