1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of March 5, 2022 No. 95 "About temporary procedure for obligation fulfillment before some foreign creditors" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 10, of the Art. 1472) change, having added with its Item 5 (1) the following content:
"5(1). On the means and securities considered on the account of type "C" collection according to executive documents cannot be turned, it is seized and concerning them other interim measures cannot be taken.".

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 9, 2023 No. 665 "About temporary procedure for execution before residents and foreign creditors of the state debt obligations of the Russian Federation expressed in government securities which nominal value is specified in foreign currency and other obligations on foreign securities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 37, of the Art. 6814) change, having added Item 1 with the subitem "z" of the following content:
"h) on the money considered on the account of type "I" collection according to executive documents cannot be turned, it is seized and concerning them other interim measures cannot be taken.".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
