About modification of some orders of the Government

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 815/2005 on regulation of traffic of the loads and services which are subject of foreign trade activity of economic agents of the Dnestr region and also provision by them of networks and services of electronic communications (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 104-106, 859), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3 the text "and to obtain licenses for types of activity which are subject to licensing" to replace with the text "and/or to receive allowing documents for implementation of business activity";

Item 4-1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"4-1. For licensing of activities in the energy sector economic agents of the Dnestr region represent to the issuing body the statement from the State register about advance registration issued by the Agency of the state services, the application of the established sample to which, depending on type of required activities, enclose proofs of availability of the technical equipment necessary for implementation of the licensed activities, and availability of qualified personnel. Licenses for activities in the field of power are granted for a period of 6 months with possibility of filing of application on receipt of the new license after effective period of previous. Before approval of internal legal mechanism of ensuring regulation and control of participants of energy markets licenses for activities in the energy sectors will be granted to economic agents of the Dnestr region only on condition of inclusion in their content of additional provisions and requirements, in the context of article 138 of the Administrative code which will provide possibility of cancellation of the granted license in case of discrepancy of the economic agent to requirements which will be provided within the specified legal mechanism.";
