About modification of the Order of the Government No. 27/2020 about approval of Veterinary health requirements concerning additives in sterns for animals

Based on part (1) article 36 of the Law No. 221/2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 13-20, 10), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Formula of harmonization of Veterinary health requirements concerning additives in sterns for the animals approved by the Order of the Government No. 27/2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 63-68, 160), to add with two paragraphs of the following content:

"-Regulations of the Commission (EU) No. 1876/2006 of December 18, 2006 about temporary or permanent permission to use of certain additives in sterns for animals (the text with reference to the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 360 of December 19, 2006 with the last changes made by Regulations of the Commission about enforcement (EU) No. 403/2013 of May 2, 2013;

- Regulations of Council (EU) No. 1270/2009 of December 21, 2009 about permanent permission to use of certain additives in sterns for animals (the text with reference to the EEA) published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 339 of December 22, 2009 with the last changes made by Regulations of the Commission about enforcement (EU) No. 2017/1145 of the Commission of June 8, 2017."

2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.
