sizes of the salary of employees of state-financed organizations, pensions and benefits for 7 percent;

basic settlement size for 3 percent.

2. Establish since December 1, 2023 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

the minimum wage - 1 050 000 sum a month;

basic settlement size - 340 000 sum a month;

the basic size of calculation of pension - 372 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of old-age pension - 725 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of disability pension, including disability pension in case of incomplete length of service, - 800 000 sum a month;

the size of the disability benefit paid to disabled citizens and benefits to persons with disability since the childhood - 800 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of pension, including allowances, to persons which became disabled people as a result of war of 1941 - 1945, and her participants, and also the being minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps and persons working during blockade of the city of Leningrad - 3 527 000 sum a month;

the size of old-age pension receiving pensions in the amount of the established minimum size of old-age pension (725 000 sum) to 800 000 sum - 800 000 sum a month;

the old-age benefit size to the citizens who do not have necessary length of service - 648 000 sum a month;

the minimum size of old-age pension in case of incomplete length of service taking into account surcharge - 648 000 sum a month;
